    The CPR course is $59, and the full First Aid (including CPR) course is $129. This includes all training materials, assessments, and your official certificate upon successful completion.

    Yes, we provide mobile training services to surrounding areas beyond the Bay Islands, bringing our courses directly to your location for added convenience.
  • How much does the White Card training cost?
    The White Card training is priced at $160, which includes all course materials, assessments, and your official White Card upon successful completion.
  • When will I receive my First Aid & CPR certification?
    You’ll receive your First Aid & CPR certification immediately upon successful completion of the course. A Statement of Attainment will also be provided.
  • Do I need any prior experience to attend these courses?
    No prior experience is required. Our courses are designed for beginners and those looking to refresh their skills.
  • What happens if I can’t attend my scheduled training?
    If you can’t attend your scheduled training, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We can help you reschedule to a later date.
  • Is online theory mandatory before practical training?
    Yes, completing the online theory is required before attending the practical training session. This ensures you are fully prepared for the hands-on portion of the course.
  • How do I book a course?
    You can book a course through our website or by contacting us directly. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
  • What happens if I don’t pass the theory component?
    If you don’t pass the online theory, you’ll have the opportunity to review the material and retake the assessment. Our team is available to provide guidance if needed.
  • Can I take First Aid & CPR or the White Card training on the weekends?
    Yes, we offer flexible training schedules, including weekend sessions, to accommodate your availability.
  • How long does the White Card training take?
    The White Card training takes approximately 6 hours, encompassing both theory and practical elements to ensure you’re fully prepared for working safely on construction sites.
  • Where is the practical training conducted?
    We bring the practical training to you! Our mobile services cover all Bay Islands, including Macleay, Russell, Stradbroke, and Coochiemudlo, as well as surrounding areas. Training can also be arranged at workplaces or community venues.
  • Are group discounts available?
    Yes, we offer discounts for group bookings over 5 people. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific requirements.
  • What should I bring to my First Aid & CPR or White Card course?
    All necessary materials are provided. However, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a pen for note-taking. Please bring a photo ID for identification purposes.
  • Can you conduct training at our workplace?
    Absolutely! We specialise in on-site training for businesses and organisations, ensuring your team receives the necessary certifications without the need to travel.
  • How long does the First Aid & CPR training take?
    Our First Aid & CPR course is a one-day training session covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The CPR component takes approximately 2 hours, while the full First Aid training, including CPR, takes about 4 hours.
  • Is there any ongoing certification required for First Aid & CPR or the White Card?
    First Aid certification is valid for 3 years. After this period, you’ll need to complete the course again to maintain your certification. CPR certification is valid for 1 year and must be renewed annually to stay compliant. The White Card does not expire unless you leave the construction industry for more than two consecutive years.
  • Is there parking available at the training venues?
    As we offer mobile training, parking availability depends on the specific location. We will provide details upon booking.
  • What is the White Card (Construction Safety) and why do I need it?
    The White Card (CPCCWHS1001) is required to work on construction sites in Queensland. It covers essential safety procedures, including risk management, identifying hazards, and emergency procedures, ensuring your safety and compliance with the law while on site.
  • Can I take the courses entirely online?
    While the theory portion of our courses is fully online, the practical training must be completed in person. This ensures you receive hands-on, practical experience and meet all competency standards.
  • How is the training structured?
    All theory components are completed online at your convenience. Once the theory is successfully completed, we arrange a session to deliver the practical training at a location near you, ensuring hands-on experience and skill assessment.
  • What is included in your First Aid and CPR training?
    Our comprehensive training covers: HLTAID009: Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation HLTAID010: Provide Basic Emergency Life Support HLTAID011: Provide First Aid The course includes practical training, demonstrations, and assessments to ensure you are confident in providing assistance during emergencies.
